  • An unboxing video is required for any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from a sealed condition.

 

Product Condition
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

 

Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons

If you request a return or exchange due to:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Any personal reason

Then:

  • Forward and return shipping charges will be applied
  • These charges will be deducted from your refund amount
  • All such requests are subject to approval
